All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research-use-only materials, all sales are final.
Once products have left our facility, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. This policy is necessary to prevent contamination, maintain product purity, and ensure the reliability of all research materials supplied to our customers.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

After review, and at our discretion, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the affected item
- Store credit equal to the value of the affected product

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mystr Research is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
- Loss due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
While we may assist customers in submitting carrier claims when possible, reimbursement or replacement is not guaranteed and is subject to carrier investigation results.
